Anyone can learn to meditate and experience great peace of mind and relaxation – totally free from stress and anxiety. In this class with Buddhist teacher Dylan Jordan, you will gain the tools and experience needed for a wonderful meditation practice that will help you immensely in daily life. These Buddhist meditation classes include teachings, guided meditations, and a chance to discuss & ask questions. Followed by refreshments. Beginners welcome!
Current classes are mainly based on How to Transform Your Life and other books by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso such as How to Solve Our Human Problems, Joyful Path of Good Fortune, and Introduction to Buddhism.
There are new people at every class, drop in anytime.
$10 per class (students, seniors and military: $7).
